4- Cocadas or coconut sweets

Cocadas are a kind of cookies that are prepared with coconut pulp, coconut milk, sugar, butter and flour.
5- Pumpkin or squash, corn and banana cake
Pumpkin, corn and banana are very popular in the region; they are consumed in all kinds of sweet or salty foods. They are widely used in desserts, especially cakes.
To make the pumpkin, corn and banana cake, a puree is made to which sugar, butter, flour, eggs, white cheese, among other ingredients, are added, and baked.
The sale of these products is very common in the streets and beaches of the region.
