- Catastrophic

They tend to have internal dialogues such as: "everything can become a tragedy because of me."
- Self critical
He has the characteristics of feeling worthless and resentful socially, and is sometimes cruel to himself. Its permanent state is judgment and negative self-evaluation of its behavior.
These people feel fearful and this leads them to make their lives unmanageable. They envy others for the goals achieved. The phrases they usually use internally are: "I never do anything right", "I can't", "No one cares about me".
- Victim
It is characterized by having desperate and unprotected internal dialogues. This state has no cure and has no progress in its goals.
These types of people feel inferior, and they tend to avoid professional approaches and help. In their internal dialogues, affirmations such as: “nobody loves me”, “nobody understands me”, “I am suffering and nobody cares”.
- Irrelevant
This internal dialogue is framed by exhaustion and chronic stress. He wears out emotionally thinking about his frustrations, about the goals he did not achieve, the lack of money or the social class, creating an imbalance.
Another characteristic is being always on the defensive, expressing hatred and rejection. They tend to have internal dialogues such as: "nothing works out for me", "I'm going to attract attention, I don't care how far I have to go".
Acceptance of yourself
This is the main step to start accepting yourself: getting to know yourself and accept yourself as you are. This process is usually long due to factors such as fear, unresolved problems and low self-esteem, which deteriorate the internal look of the person.
People have professional tools to find solutions through therapies and specialized studies.
If you can self-analyze your emotions and how to proceed with each stimulus and thought, as well as detect repetitive thoughts, it would be the first step in deciding to improve intrapersonal communication.
Some exercises can begin to change your general attitude and thoughts, such as seeking empathy, kindness, and love in behaviors, relationships, and feelings.
It is also a good exercise to reject any thoughts that are contrary to emotional stability and self-esteem, adopting more beneficial thoughts that contribute to a general balance of the individual.
