The social context of the profession encompasses all the information that a student must obtain in order to generate a vast knowledge of the society in which they will develop their career, based on the historical context of their profession.

The study of the profession applied to a successful social context is essential for the correct academic training of an individual. With this education, the student must be able to perform in a certain area with the tools that are taught.

In addition, in the social context of a profession, they also tend to give importance to the opinion of society about a particular profession. In this way, the social context of the profession is part of the knowledge that a good worker must acquire in order to function efficiently as a professional.

This is defined as a space that is shared by a group of individuals and that has characteristics in common, such as culture, and that allows shaping the behavior of the person.

It is common for all human beings to have the ambition to study in an area relevant to their professional interests.

Therefore, they pursue a career that allows them to exercise a profession, understood as that trade, work or occupation that an individual can perform in exchange for a remuneration, which may be monetary or not.

In general, in order for a person to carry out an activity of this type, it is usually required that they possess a title. This endorses the acquired knowledge and basic, intermediate and higher educational training.

These bases not only allow the student to obtain the necessary skills to carry out a profession, but also give them the ethical parameters that they must follow in order to function properly as a worker.

Training in the professional world is usually carried out through studies at a university institution. However, it is also possible to carry out studies of shorter duration, known in society as technical studies or professional specializations.

The social context of the profession is a fundamental tool for making students aware of the importance of their profession, both for their individual development and for the social context in which they will work.

In addition, it is a way of making students understand that their profession generates changes in society and in people individually. Depending on the professional work you do, it can cause changes in the social, economic, technological and communication fields.

On the other hand, it allows the student to know what society thinks of those who practice the profession they have chosen. This allows the student to understand how to pursue their career so that their services are valued.

The way a person can contribute to the activities that take place in the social context in which they find themselves, allows the individual to be part of the social representation of the profession.

One of the characteristics of the professions is that they are not only found among the individuals belonging to a society, but also have representatives at all social levels of the communities.

The knowledge that a person acquires during their student life shapes the way in which they will function as a professional.

Acting in line with the social beliefs in which a professional works makes the person a guide for those who are trained in the same profession.

Each of these people acts individually and performs according to their own personality. However, each individual is responsible for shaping the perception of their work in a society.
