The Kalergi Plan, drawn up in 1923, aimed at the genocide of the white race, especially in Europe, by encouraging miscegenation to form a "inferior, passive, predictable and manipulable" population. It established that by encouraging a multicultural and mestizo region, it was possible to generate a superior race: the Jewish aristocratic elite.
According to the plan, this elite would have the capabilities and skills to build a united and powerful continent. This premise postulated by the Austrian-Japanese count and politician Richard Nikolaus Coudenhove-Kalergi is expressed in 28 theses; highlights the importance of posing a utopian racism where Jews dominate Europe and later, the world.

Background
The causes of the First World War helped to establish the first assumptions for a united Europe. Coudenhove-Kalergi stated at the time that if internal conflicts were not overcome, future confrontations would be inevitable.
At the same time, the writer Victor Hugo gives genesis to the idea of European nationalism by proposing the United States of Europe.
Although the idea was overlooked by his peers, this concept plus the ideals inspired by the teachings of masters of philosophy, such as Immanuel Kant and Friedrich Nietzsche, are the basis for Coudenhove-Kalergi founding the Pan-European movement in 1922.
After the rise of Adolf Hitler to power and the annexation of Austria to Nazi Germany, Coudenhove-Kalergi is forced to flee to the United States to continue refining the ideas that will work for the union of the European continent.
At the same time, between 1923 and 1925, the first manifestos of what would be the Kalergi Plan were made, which would contemplate the domination of "the noble Jewish race" over non-Jews, and thus give rise to a "just inequality".
For Coudenhove-Kalergi, the way to turn Europe into a political and economic power, without wars or divisions, would be through the genocide of the white race thanks to the process of miscegenation between Negroid, Asian, Amerindian and Latin American races.
What did Plan Kalergi consist of?
Despite the fact that Coudenhove-Kalergi's writings were based on the construction of a multicultural continent without borders, some authors find that the Kalergi Plan contradicts all the ideals previously exposed.
Some of the essential features of this plan are:
- Basing on the principle of supremacy of man over animals.
- Extermination of the white race through various actions: the promotion of multiculturalism and mass immigration of blacks, Asians, Muslims, Latin Americans and Amerindians, in order to promote miscegenation.
- Miscegenation would be the mechanism to generate a passive, weak, easily manipulated, predictable population, incapable of revealing itself and with inferior character and intelligence.
- The only class capable of dominating and controlling this number of individuals would be the members of the Jewish aristocratic elite (utopian racism).
- Abolition of the right of self-determination of the peoples.
- Elimination of separatist ethnic movements.
- Elimination of nations by mass migration.
- With the abolition of the current democracy, the Jews would be able to bring peace, culture and food to the rest of the world.
- A number of characteristics of the Jewish people are underlined, such as courage, anti-bourgeois mentality, responsibility, will, integrity, disregard for the material, high spiritual status, idealism and stoicism.
- Jews are leaders of socialism, communism and capitalism.
Stance on Anti-Semitism
The Kalergi Plan emphasizes the intellectual and physical qualities of the members of the Jewish people and insists that the "superiority of their spirit" will help them to have nobility and importance in the future.
Therefore, the manifestation of anti-Semitism by other racial and religious groups would be common, for which it would also have a section explained in the plan.
For example, according to Coudenhove-Kalergi, this anti-Semitism is due to reactionary phenomena due to two main factors:
- The lack of religious limits that could guarantee a respectable ethical and moral behavior.
- Envy of financial, political and spiritual success, fundamental traits of the Jewish people.
The consequences generated by this scenario range from ostracism (exclusion of one or more people), repression and free development of traditions, and miscegenation with other "inferior" races.
In the same way, it is recommended that, in order to leave behind the defects suffered over time, it is necessary to return to rural life and have an adequate sports education. This would strengthen the qualities of physical and spiritual courage.
Other considerations
There are important aspects to highlight regarding the Kalergi Plan:
- Unlike his father, Coudenhove-Kalergi was in favor of the Jews, especially because of the support they provided for the establishment of Pan-Europe.
- It is estimated that Kalergi thought that the white race had high physical and mental performance, especially the Nordics. However, he was not in favor of the spread of it but in the destruction of it through the genocide of the white race.
- There are few copies of the fundamental book where the Kalergi Plan entitled Praktischer Idealismus (Practice of Idealism) is discussed. Furthermore, it is just as difficult to find translations, at least into English, of the full text. This has to do with the fact that it is written in a type of German that is no longer used today.
- During the 90s in Germany, the Indepedent News publishing house published a summary with the main ideas contemplated in the Practice of Idealism. It was even thought to print the entirety of this text. However, the country's authorities confiscated and prohibited any attempt to disseminate the content.
- The Kalergi Plan also includes countries with a white racial presence beyond European borders.
- Coudenhove-Kalergi is currently considered the father of the European Union. In fact, it was he who helped design the flag and proposed that the Hymn of Joy serve as the inspiration for the official song of the organization.
