The examples of illegality include those acts or actions that take place outside the framework of the law. The execution of an illegal act involves the damage of a third party.

For an act to be considered illegal, it must be recognized by some law, this indicates that it is the law that indicates the circumstances that are not covered by it.

Illegality is associated with a set of actions punishable by the State. Likewise, it is to be expected that the individual will be dissuaded from a certain act or proceeding and be punished if they commit it.

When there is a norm or law that is in force and is explicit, anything that opposes it will be considered illegal and must be punished.

13 examples of illegality

1- Kill

Taking the life or committing a crime against the life of another person or animal is considered illegal in most countries.

2- Steal

It is a crime to appropriate the property or property of others, with or without the use of force.

3- Bear false testimony

Failing the truth or attempting against it is a crime, is considered illegal and is punishable

4- scam

Any damage or injury to the property and assets of another person is a crime.

5- Extort

Forcing another person to carry out or omit a legal act or negotiation, with the use of violence or intimidation, is a crime called extortion.

6- Bribe

Requesting a gift or favor inherent to the position of a public official or authority is a crime called bribery or bribery.

7- Injury

Damaging a person's reputation can be considered a crime and is therefore illegal.

8- Avoid taxes

Canceling taxes is mandatory in most countries. Not doing it through ignorance, omission or voluntarily, is considered illegal.

9- Abandon people

Placing a person in a situation of risk or helplessness is a crime. The abandonment of minors, the elderly or people with some type of disability by the family is also considered a crime.

10- Illegal immigration

It is illegal to leave the country of origin to go to any other country without the documentation required by the receiving country.

11- Hunt

In some places hunting is allowed, but there are seasons of the year, or some species in danger of extinction, that are prohibited from hunting, so doing so becomes a crime.

The use of explosive, poison, or any object of similar efficacy to hunt is an illegal situation.

12- Fishing

Like hunting, there are some protected natural areas in which fishing is prohibited, or there is a prohibition on fishing for certain species.

Exceeding previously authorized amounts of fishing is considered illegal.

13- Abort

It is considered legal under special circumstances such as rape, genetic malformations and when the mother's life is in danger.

In cases not provided above, abortion is considered illegal.
