Big houses
This town is known as Casas Grandes because of its proximity to the archaeological center of Paquimé, where there is an indigenous settlement that accounts for large homes.
The Franciscan religious arrived there in 1661 and gave it the name of San Antonio de las Casas Grandes to forever remember the archaeological find.
It is also possible to visit the Stream of the Monkeys, a mystical site with archaeological remains of the Hohoka, Mogollón and Anasazi cultures, which is only 35 kilometers away.
Creel
Creel is a town located in the Sierra Tarahumara and a must for those who go to El Divisadero or the Basaseachi waterfall.
The beauty of these places, especially in the winter, recalls exotic places in Europe.
Seven kilometers from the town it is possible to visit the Valley of the Mushrooms, with large lagoons and strange rock formations.
Guachochi
Guachochi is located in the Sierra Madre Occidental and is the most productive town in the Sierra de Tarahumara region.
The name means in the Rarámuri language "Place of Herons", because a large number of birds of this species pass through the area. The company of Jesus founded the town of Guachochi in the 18th century.
In this magical town of Chihuahua it is possible to find handicrafts carved in stone, made in palm, clay or woolen fabrics.
Batopilas
Batopilas is known and visited mainly along the silver route, since the region has numerous deposits of this metal.
Their crafts that are made by the indigenous Tarahumara are also admired and among which are drums, violins, bows and pots.
This magical town houses an important natural diversity and protects diverse ecosystems of fauna and flora.

Cuauhtémoc City
One of the attractions of Ciudad Cuauhtémoc is the Mennonite Museum that houses pieces of the migrant community that in 1922 arrived from Canada to the north of Mexico.
It is recalled that in 36 railroad cars they brought their belongings, furniture and materials for the construction of their new homes.
The main activity of the population of Ciudad Cuautémoc is agriculture.
