Black Christ of San Roman

The arrival of the Black Christ of San Román is one of the oldest traditions in Campeche, since it has been carried out since 1565.

Polkeken Party

Campeche Carnival

The cumbia

Cumbia is one of the most popular musical genres nationwide. It has had special development in the Mexican southeast, especially in the regions of Veracruz, Tabasco and Campeche, where it is also known as chunchaca. Some of the most famous cumbia groups in Campeche have been Los Socios del Ritmo or Chucho Pinto y sus Kassino.

Beach days
