At the main police station in the small town of Torreroca, detective Piñango received news of a death that had shocked much of the city. The bishop of the city's Major Basilica had died under strange circumstances.

Father Henry was well liked by the community. The members of the latter highlighted their constant altruistic work on behalf of the population, in addition to their ability to integrate the different beliefs of the people.

Detective Piñango received the autopsy report, which indicated that Father Henry had died suddenly, but that there was no evidence of murder. This report was signed by the forensic Montejo, a recognized professional of great prestige in Torreroca.

However, Piñango was suspicious.

Detective Piñango found the presence of a small vial beside the priest's bed extremely suspicious. On the packaging it said it was a few drops of sandalwood.

Piñango took the bottle away to analyze it at the police station. The results were unmistakable: what the vial contained was arsenic, but who could have killed Father Henry? All doubts fell on the Buddhist community of Torreroca.

Piñango and González approached the shop of Buddhist products that is located diagonally to the Plaza Mayor.

When they got in, the salesgirl got in the back to get something, but didn't come back. Piñango noticed and went out into the street, where a persecution began

Subsequently, the two policemen began to search the house. The old woman told them that they were not going to find anything, since she was the only one who lived in that house since she became widowed. However, at no time did she interrupt police work.

"It seems that we are not going to find anything, Ignacio," Roberto Andrade told him.

“There is no evidence of hidden money, as investigations indicated. I think this is a fiasco, ”he replied.

Finally, the officers went out into the large backyard of the house, which was also a garden with many trees.

- Do you remember that Mr. Vallenilla, one of those investigated in the plot, is a bonsai lover? Miranda asked Andrade.

-Certainly. It is true.

Miranda made that comment while pointing to a part of the garden full of bonsai, of all kinds. The bonsai were arranged in rows. Each of them had bonsai of one kind.

In one there were small orange trees, in the other there were small lemon trees, and so on. One of the rows that stood out the most was that of bonsai trees that looked authentically Japanese. In fact, there were several of these rows.

Once upon a time, a small town called San Pedro de los Vinos. In it, the station of his small police force was in mourning, as the chief commissioner, Ernesto Perales, had recently died.

Although he was an older man, his death shocked many, which made the pain much more overwhelming. But the police officer Alicia Contreras did not believe the story that she had died sleeping in her home, peacefully.

Besides that, the cash register was empty in its entirety, there was not a penny left, nor did the gold garments that Don José hid in his office appeared, which amounted to about $ 15,000. Perhaps the strangest thing is that the security cameras were completely disabled.

Strangely, Don Pedro did not attend to buy his ten kilos of snapper on Friday, which surprised María and Don José a lot after the policemen collected all the evidence in the crime area.

The blind man took Josefa's hand (that's the name of his older sister) and immediately handcuffed her.

-If you thought that I would not give you up for being my sister, you are wrong. At least you would have had the grace to wash your hands before coming with your husband to do this crime. The policemen immediately went to Pedro's sister's house and corroborated everything he had said, and they arrived just at the moment when Martín, Josefa's husband, was preparing everything to leave in his boat with the jewels.

Everything happened in the town of La Blanquecina, a healthy town where it was not used to hearing any strange news, but people had a bad habit of being gossipy.

John got to hear on Saturday the 2nd when two young boys said "There is the car robber", while pointing at him. He was puzzled and went to talk to Vladimir, his barber friend.
