Some examples of joint ventures are ARCOR, Iberia and Red Eléctrica de España. In a joint venture, your capital comes from state funds and private funds.
The integration ratios of these funds do not allow public control of the company, but do guarantee certain subsidies.
There are a large number of joint ventures in the world, especially those that require a large investment, such as companies related to energy resources.
These companies, for reasons of sovereignty, have a part of their capital made up of State investment.
Many companies that were totally public, when being partially privatized, become mixed.
